Tomato Crab Soup Bún riêu

Bún riêu is a traditional Vietnamese meat and rice vermicelli noodle soup. It is served with tomato broth and topped with Vietnamese crab cake, slice Vietnamese ham, and tofu. In this dish, crab meat is used and turned into a paste. It is then strained and the crab liquid is a base for the soup along with tomatoes. The remaining crab meat is used to make the the crab cakes.
