Vietnamese Summer Rolls or Spring rolls, gỏi cuốn, is a Vietnamese dish typically consisting of pork, shrimp, vegetables, bún (rice vermicelli), and other ingredients wrapped in banh trang, also known as rice paper.
We, however have plenty of different proteins for you to choose from. They are served at room temperature or cooled and are not deep fried or cooked on the outside. They are served alongside with peanut dipping sauce. Some people also like to dip it in sweet chili sauce.
